<p>A wide range of benefits are available in use of fish oil. Several clinical researchers, has proved that fish oil benefits range from heart health to brain health to pregnancy health. The main benefit of fish oil is that it reduces cholesterol in human body, thereby reducing the risk of heart disease. It also prevents the possibility of blood clots.</p>
<p>Fish oil lowers mild high blood pressure. It also decreases the swelling from rheumatoid arthritis. Fish oil also protects nervous system, thereby reducing the developing of Alzheimer disease in aged people.</p>

The two types of omega fish oils are omega three and omega six fish oil. The main distinction between these two oils is that omega six oil causes blood clotting, tumor and swelling. On the other hand, omega 3 oil prevents these diseases and keeps us healthy. Omega 6 oil is mainly found in meat, which causes pandemic cancer and other diseases. Although both omega three and omega six oil are required in equal ratio for health, a worldwide change in the dietary habits has changed the ratio.</p>
<p>Regular intake of fish oil is not only helpful for adults, but also for children. Parents of children with compulsive disorders and dyslexia have gained a new hope on their child&#8217;s future.</p>
